Plug one end into your auto-range multimeter, and the other into your earthing adapter. This lead is custom made to fit inside Better Earthing adapters which have 4mm sockets, and will fit inside other earthing adapters that have 4.75mm sockets.

This lead is more convenient for testing than standard multimeter leads, which have pointed ends that fall out of any earthing adapter socket/hole and are only 1-metre long.
