Ah Hook Herbs and Spices Mixed - Bak Kut eh, in Hokkien dialect, translates as “meat bone tea”. Bak kut teh dish consists of pork ribs cooked in a Chinese herbs and spices broth for hours. Traditionally, such meaty bone or pork ribs broth is served with Chinese tea. Hot Chinese tea has to be taken after this meat-laden dish, to help to remove the oil and fat within the mouth as well as stomach. Hence, it is called as “meat bone tea”. Eastern Foods Industrial Sdn. Bhd. was originally started as a small enterprise named “Mo Sang Kor” in 1972, operating from a small hawker stall in a small town called Pandamaran, Klang, Selangor. It was among the first to serve the authentic Traditional Herbal Broth dishes in the village. Its original 40 years old taste flavored with 25 herbs and spices was preserved and maintained till today. Over the years, the company has since grown into a chain of restaurants, specifically serving Traditional Herbal Broth cuisine.

In 2006, the company began to produce a range of Traditional Herbal Broth herbs and spices under the brand name”Mo Sang Kor” for the preparation of a variety of convenient, easy to cook and yet preserving the original and authentic Traditional Herbal Broth taste. In addition to Traditional Herbal Broth spices, we also produce variety of Malaysia Chinese flavored cuisine herbs and spices.

Besides packing our products under our own brand “Mo Sang Kor” for the consumer market, we also contract pack for private branding.
福建话Bak Kut Teh译为“肉骨茶”。 由丰富的中药和香料食材煲煮的咸汤。 肉骨茶在煲煮时加上排骨、蘑菇、腐皮和蔬菜,并搭配米饭食用。当地人喜欢在吃肉骨茶时来一杯中国茶,去除油腻感的同时也能保持茶汤的好滋味。

Ingredients
Angelicasa Sinensis, Rehimaniae Glutinosa, Codonopsis Pilosulae, Liguistici Wallichii, Glycorrhiza Urelensis, Ginseng, Polygonti Odorati, Fructus Anisi Stellati, Pepper Fructus Lycii, Citrus Ecocarpium, Salt.

Cooking Instructions
1 Packet of Ah Hook Pepper Soup (comprising 2 sachets)
1kg chicken or ribs cut into preferred size
2000ml water
Salt according to taste
2 tps soya sauce
2 tps black soya sauce
3 pieces garlic
3 pieces mushroom

1. Pour 2000m water to boil.
2. Add the above ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
3. Remove the filter pack and serve hot.

当归碎,地黄,党参,川芎,甘草,人参,芫花,八角茴香,枸杞,柑橘,盐。

烹饪说明
1包阿福肉骨茶(包含2包)
1kg鸡肉或排骨切成优选大小
2000毫升水
根据口味加盐
2茶匙酱油
2茶匙黑酱油
3片大蒜
3片蘑菇

1.倒入2000m水烧开。
2.加入上述成分,煮一小时。
3.拆下滤袋并热食。
